Professional Achievements
Developed an R package, pubmed.mineR, designed for advanced text mining and analysis of PubMed abstracts, enabling efficient extraction and exploration of biomedical literature insights.
Developed T2DiACoD, a curated gene database for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM)–associated complications, integrating genes implicated in cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, diabetic retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, and tuberculosis, to support systematic exploration of disease associations and molecular mechanisms.
